Flat Fee for Property Inspection and On-Site Consultation by a Qualified Building Expert
My flat fee applies exclusively to residential properties (apartments, semi-detached houses, terraced houses, and single-family homes) with a total living area of up to 160 m².
The total time for the on-site visit, including travel time, is a maximum of 2 hours. My flat fee includes travel costs within a 10 km radius from my office in Luz.
