My name is Ann Cathrin Diener, and I support homeowners, property buyers, and investors with expertise, experience, and a keen eye for quality.
A construction project or property investment is a significant commitment—not just financially, but emotionally as well. With my guidance, you have a knowledgeable and reliable partner by your side, helping you make informed decisions and ensuring long-term security.

Since 2019, I have been living with my family in the Algarve, where I have overseen numerous construction projects in Portugal. I am well acquainted with the unique characteristics and challenges of Portuguese construction methods, as well as the solutions that have proven effective in practice.

My journey began with a three-year Apprenticeship as an Architectural Draftsperson, followed by an architecture degree at the University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden. Over the years, I gained extensive experience working in architecture and engineering firms in Frankfurt am Main and Berlin, particularly in construction management, execution planning, and the renovation of existing buildings. I was responsible for coordinating construction processes and ensuring quality standards.

Later, I specialized as an expert in building damage assessment, preparing numerous reports for insurance purposes. Today, I focus on the independent supervision of construction projects and advising property owners—with the aim of enabling well-informed decisions and making the entire process as clear and stress-free as possible.
